After receiving 2 u/s lights out of the 4 ordered I was to say a little disappointed but after discussing the issues with Nicole in customer support I received my new replacement lights within 2 days. During that time I was kept informed of delivery progress.

Fantastic

Fantastic fixtures. I have over 30 of them, only had 1 dead on arrival, which was resolved within 24 hours with another unit being sent. Dimming could be smoother, but for the money isn't an issue. We are replacing all our Martin Mac TW1s.
